JUDGEMENT

(1.) BOTH the courts below have concurrently held decree in the suit for injunction in favour of the plaintiff- respondents that the defendants will not encroach the pessage of water (Nala) of 5 ft. width on the back of the plaintiff's house in any manner.

(2.) HAVING heard learned counsel for the respondents and upon perusal of the reasons given in the impugned judgment, this Court does not find any substantial question of law to be arising in the present matter.
