JUDGEMENT

(1.) HEARD learned counsel for petitioner and the learned Additional Government counsel.

(2.) PERUSED the reply and the documents submitted along with petition as well as the order passed by the Advisory Committee. Though the Advisory Committee has rejected the application for grant of parole on the ground that there is threat of life to the victim and his family in case the petitioner is released on parole. Learned counsel pointed out that during trial, the petitioner was on bail and had that been so, this fact negativates the aforesaid opinion given by the Advisory Committee.
