JUDGEMENT

(1.) THE applicant has moved the present application under Section 439 Cr.P.C., seeking his release on bail in respect of the FIR being No.149/2012 registered at Police Station Shipra Path, District Jaipur, for the offence under Section 19/54 of Excise Act.

(2.) HEARD learned counsel for the applicant and learned public prosecutor for the State and perused the relevant material placed before the court.

(3.) HOWEVER , the learned Public Prosecutor for the State has opposed the bail application and submitted that there were eleven similar cases registered against the applicant out of which, in six cases, he was convicted. Therefore, the present application be dismissed.
