JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard on the question of admission.

(2.) No notice need be issued to the respondents because a request was made to Additional Advocate General to accept notice on behalf of the State i.e. respondents herein. With the consent of the parties, the appeal is heard finally.

(3.) This is an appeal filed by the writ petitioner of C.W. Petition No. 6061/2010 under 134 of the Rajasthan High Court Rules against the order dated 12.12.2011 passed by learned Single Judge in aforementioned writ petition.
