(1.) Heard the petitioner present in person at length.

(2.) The matter is covered by the decision rendered at Principal Seat, Jodhpur in D.B.Civil Writ Petition No.477/2011 Dr.Shilpa Godara & Ors. Vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors.) alongwith 22 other connected petitions decided by common order dated 26.8.2011. Following order has been in the aforesaid writ petitions:-

(3.) The question involved in all these writ applications is about the constitutional validity of Guidelines providing institutional preference to the extent of 50%. Guideline is contained in Clause (2)(B) which reads as under :-
