JUDGEMENT

(1.) THE writ petition has been filed by the petitioner praying for relief that respondent No.2 be restrained from publishing the advertisements which are derogatory to the moral values and shows the women in suspect.

(2.) IT is submitted that such advertisements were published in the newspaper dated 25.10.2011 under the guise of beauty fitness, which is shocking and amounts to indirect prostitution. Following seven instances have been given by the petitioner:

(3.) WITH the aforesaid direction, the writ petition is disposed of. Civil Misc. Stay Application No.14936/2011 is also disposed of.
