JUDGEMENT

(1.) HEARD learned counsel for the appellants.

(2.) THERE is delay of 93 days in filing the intra Court appeal. The appellants have filed an application under Section 5 of the Limitation Act for condonation of delay, wherein it is averred that after having come to know about order dated 19th April, 2012, an application was filed for obtaining the certified copy of the order. When the certified copy of the order was received, the same was sent to higher authorities. The matter was referred for legal opinion and thereafter, the appeal was preferred.

(3.) THAT apart, no useful purpose will be served in condoning the delay, as we have examined the matter on merits and we find no merit also.
