JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard learned counsel for the parties.

(2.) Learned counsel for the petitioner does not want to press the prayer No.1 of the writ petition, but vehemently submits that prayer No.2 may be granted and respondents may kindly be directed to provide appointment to the petitioner from the date when less meritorious persons were provided appointment and grant all notional benefits in accordance with law.

(3.) Admittedly, S.B.C.W.P.No.1122/2006 was filed by the petitioner before this Court, in which, on 26.11.2008 the Coordinate Bench of this Court passed the following order:-
