JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard the learned counsel for appellant.

(2.) The workman/appellant has preferred this special appeal against the order of the Single Bench dated 21.08.2009, whereby his writ petition against the award of Industrial Tribunal, Bharatpur(for short 'the Tribunal') dated 02.06.2007, has been dismissed.

(3.) The workman/appellant raised a dispute through General Secretary, Municipal Employees Association before the Industrial Tribunal, Bharatpur 'as to whether action of employer in not promoting the workman vide order dated 20.01.1989 was legal and valid If not, then to what relief the workman is entitled
