JUDGEMENT

(1.) HEARD learned counsel for the parties. Learned counsel, Ms Neetu Bhansali is appearing for the petitioner pursuant to her appointment made by the Secretary, Rajasthan High Court Legal Aid Committee upon our order dated 18.4.2012.

(2.) PERUSED the reply including the nominal roll. It has been stated in the nominal roll that the conduct of the petitioner in judicial custody has been found to un-satisfactory. Apart from that the petitioner while having been previously released on parole, had absconded and was convicted for offence u/s 224 IPC.
