JUDGEMENT

(1.) HEARD learned counsel for the petitioner. The petitioner has moved this transfer petition seeking transfer of proceedings of Civil Suit No. 16/2010 -Mohar Singh & Ors. vs. Krishan Kumar & Anr., pending before the Court of learned Additional District Judge, Bhadra, District Hanumangarh to any Court on the ground that the Presiding Officer i.e. the learned Addl. District Judge is residing at the house of one Pradeep Chachan, who is the land bidder person and is the close relative/friend of the plaintiffs.

HAVING heard learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr. Moti Singh, this Court is satisfied that this is not sufficient ground to transfer the proceedings of civil suit filed by the respondents -plaintiffs seeking declaration and perpetual injunction from the Court of learned Addl. District Judge, Bhadra, District Hanumangarh to any other Court. Accordingly, the present transfer petition filed by the petitioner -defendant is found to be devoid of any force and the same is hereby dismissed. No costs. A copy of this order be sent to both the parties and learned Court below forthwith.
