JUDGEMENT

(1.) Instant petition has been filed primarily with the grievance that the respondents arbitrarily declined to issue admit card and permit the petitioner in M.Sc. (IT) 4th Semester examination which was commencing from December, 2011.

(2.) As alleged in the writ petition, the petitioner did B.Sc. in Bio-Informatics from the Institute of Advanced Studies in Education University, Gandhi Vidhya Mandir, Sardar Shahar, District Churu which is a deemed University u/Sec.3 of the University Grants Commission At, 1956 and after obtaining undergraduate degree, the petitioner took admission for Post Graduation (M.Sc.) in the University of Rajasthan in 2009.

(3.) The course of M.Sc. is of two years divided into four semesters of six months each.
