JUDGEMENT

(1.) THE learned counsel Mr. Ravi Bhansali appears and submits that earlier, he put in appearance on behalf of the non- petitioner No.1 and now, he has also been instructed to appear for the non-petitioner No.3 in this matter.

(2.) PERUSAL of the record shows that the non-petitioner No. 2 and the non-petitioner No. 4 have also been served in this criminal contempt matter. In fact, the non-petitioner No. 2 did appear in the Office on 05.07.2012 alongwith the non-petitioner No. 3. Though appearance has been put on behalf of the non-petitioners Nos. 1 and 3 but the non-petitioner No. 2 is neither present-in- person nor any counsel has appeared on his behalf. Let bailable warrant in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- be issued so as to procure presence of the non-petitioner No. 2 on 06.08.2012.
