JUDGEMENT

(1.) HEARD learned counsel for parties. Perused the reply, along with report of the S.P. and Social Welfare Officer as well as the nominal roll of the petitioner.

(2.) THIS petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking first regular parole for a period of 20 days. It is not in dispute that the petitioner is eligible for being considered for release on parole. His conduct in jail has been certified to be satisfactory. From the report of the SP and Social Welfare Officer, we do not find any specific reason so as to deny the petitioner his right to be released on parole.
