(1.) This is an intra-court appeal filed by the petitioner (appellant herein) under Section 18 of the Rajasthan High Court Rules against the impugned order dated 06.02.2012, passed by the learned Single Judge in S. B. Civil Writ Petition No.1004/2012 (Anop Singh v. State of Rajasthan & Others), dismissing the writ petition of the writ petitioner by the following order :-
(2.) Mere perusal of the aforequoted order passed by the learned Single Judge would go to show that it does not call for any interference. Indeed, learned counsel for the appellant could not point out any illegality in such an order and, therefore, we are not in a position to interfere in the order passed by the learned Single Judge.
(3.) Accordingly, the appeal fails and is dismissed in limine. We, however, grant liberty to the petitioner (appellant) to take recourse to the provisions of Panchayati Raj Adhiniyam for questioning the impugned action if permissible and available in law. If any such action is resorted to, provided it is permissible, then our observations, so also that of the learned Single Judge, would not be taken into account while deciding the dispute by the competent authority.
