JUDGEMENT

(1.) IT is submitted that the session for which the decision was sought has already come to an end. Consequently, appeal as well as writ petition have rendered infructuous.

(2.) COUNSEL appearing on behalf of the appellant has submitted that as the matter has rendered infructuous, the decision rendered by the Single Bench may not come in the way of the appellant in filing fresh application in accordance with law.

(3.) ACCORDINGLY, appeal is disposed of.
