JUDGEMENT

(1.) HEARD learned counsel for the parties.

(2.) LEARNED counsel Mr.Rajendra Salecha has produced before this court the keys of the suit premises and also the two cheques of Rs.4,50,000/- each drawn in favour of respondent-Nand Kishore Kachhwaha towards the arrears of rent, pursuant to the impugned order passed by the trial court. The Senior Manager Shri Tara Babu Sogani, Bank of Baroda is also present in the court.
