COUNSEL for petitioner submits that the petitioner cannot be connected with the alleged crime while co-accused Gopal Soni and Dheeraj Soni are enlarged on pre-arrest U/s 438 Cr.P.C. bail by the Coordinate Bench vide order dt.07.12.2011 and other co-accused Ritika Dutta and Pawan Kumar Datta are enlarged on post-arrest U/s 439 Cr.P.C. bail vide orders dt.30.03.2012 and 05.08.2011.
