JUDGEMENT

(1.) Learned counsel for both the parties conceded that point involved in the present case has already been resolved by Division Bench of this Court in the case of Hindustan Zinc Limited Vs. State of Rajasthan & Others (D.B. Civil Writ Petition No. 9994/2010 and other connected matters), decided on 9 th November, 2012, therefore, this writ petition may be dismissed.

(2.) In view of joint request of learned counsel for the parties, writ petition is dismissed for the same reasons, which have been assigned in the connected writ petitions, referred above.

(3.) Consequently, stay application as well as application under Article 226(3) of the Constitution of India also stand dismissed.
