JUDGEMENT

(1.) THIS petition has been filed with the following prayers :

(2.) MR. R.A. Katta appearing for the University of Rajasthan has submitted that the petitioner had only four attendance out of 200 classes held for B.Ed. course in the year 2011-12. The attention of this Court has been drawn to the Ordinance 144(4) of the Hand Book of the University of Rajasthan wherein qua examinations in the Faculty of Education, it has been provided that "a candidate shall be required to put in a minimum of 75% attendance at the lectures and 75% at the practicals, separately, except that in the case of B.Sc. B.Ed. Examination, the minimum attendance at the lectures and at the practicals separately shall be 75%."

(3.) I have heard the counsel for the parties and perused the writ petition.
