THIS parole petition has been filed on behalf of petitioner Arun Singh S/o Shri Khushiram for release on first regular parole which has been refused by the Advisory Committee on account of adverse report given by the Superintendent of Police. Notice of the petition was given to the respondents who have filed their reply.
