JUDGEMENT

(1.) The present bail application has been filed under Section 439 Code Criminal Procedure The petitioner has been arrested in connection with F.I.R. No. 84/2010 registered at Police Station Kalilnjara, District Banswara for the offences under Sections 450, 395 and 397 I.P.C.

(2.) Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Public Prosecutor and perused the challan papers.

(3.) The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 12.5.2010. Co-accused Daula, Jai Singh and Rasan, against whom identical allegations have been levelled, have already been directed to be released on bail by this Court. Therefore, he prays that the petitioner, who is in prolonged custody, also deserves to be released on bail.
