JUDGEMENT

(1.) THIS is second round of litigation of the present petitioner. Earlier the petitioner has approached this Court with the grievance that she may be permitted to appear in the second professional examination of MBBS 2011.

(2.) THE petitioner took admission in MBBS in August 2006 and appeared in the first Professional MBBS Examination in July 2007, but failed to qualify the same. She again appeared in the remanded exam held in November 2008, but still could not qualify one subject but admittedly, the petitioner finally qualify all the papers of first Professional MBBS on 18.10.2010.

(3.) COUNSEL for the respondents, on the other hand, submits that whatever the reason may be, the student has to complete 18 months certified study to become eligible to appear in 2nd MBBS and the petitioner appeared under the interim order of this Court in one of the paper of 2nd MBBS when she was not eligible. However, it is not being disputed that she has now completed 18 months of certified study and become eligible to appear in the 2nd MBBS examination.
