JUDGEMENT

(1.) HEARD on the question of admission.

(2.) APPELLANT by way of filing writ application questioning the legality of the order dated 23.1.2012 passed by the Deputy Registrar, Cooperative Societies, Sri Ganganagar whereby the petitioner has been declared disqualified to hold the office as Director of Management Committee of Ridmalsar Kriya Vikriya Sahakari Samiti Limited, Ridmalsar (for short 'RKVSS').

(3.) THE Single Bench relying upon the provision of bye-laws, has dismissed the writ application holding that the petitioner could not complete the tenure of five years as Director. He was in the Board of Directors of RKVSS by virtue of his holding the office of Chairperson of the GVSS. Since he ceased to be the Chairperson of the GVSS and obviously, he could not complete the tenure of member of Board of Director in the RKVSS
