GOVIND Vs. STATE OF RAJASTHAN

JUDGEMENT

(1.) THIS petition has been filed by the petitioner Govinda for being released on second regular parole for 30 days which has been refused by the District Advisory Committee vide minutes of the meeting held on 17.1.2012 holding that this is the application for first regular parole. Notice of the petition was given to the respondents who have filed their reply.

(2.) HEARD learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.

(3.) IT has also been brought to our notice that Sita Ram is at present on parole which is due to expire on 25.5.2012.
