(1.) NOBODY has chosen to appear for the petitioners. On perusal of the record, this Court finds no reason to keep this petition pending any further when it appears that the petitioners have already lost interest in prosecuting this petition and when even otherwise, the petitioners do not appear entitled to any relief.
(2.) THE petitioners had been working in Vidhyarthi Mitra Yojna while imparting Sanskrit education. The petitioners have averred that when the persons working as Vidhyarthi Mitra were sought to be removed, they approached this Court and directions were given to continue them until availability of the selected persons; and that the petitioners continued as Vidhyarthi Mitra until the Session 2010 -11. It is, however, averred that the petitioners were verbally informed by the Principal/Headmaster of the School concerned that the posts held by them have been filled up by the regular recruitment process; and the services of the petitioners were terminated by oral orders. The petitioners submit that despite orders of the Court, they have not been considered for transfer and absorption under the Rationalisation and Equalisation Policy in other blocks/tehsils and districts. It is averred that various posts are lying vacant where the petitioners could be adjusted. The petitioners have referred to the order dated 22.07.2010 as passed in CWP No. 6196/2010 : Pura Ram & Ors. Vs. State & Ors.
