(1.) HEARD learned Public Prosecutor and perused the letter petition filed by the petitioner as also the reply filed on behalf of the respondents.

(2.) THIS letter petition seeking his transfer from Central Jail, Jodhpur to Central Jail, Ajmer is received from he convict- prisoner- Bharat Singh s/o Narendra Singh, by caste- Rajput, r/o Narma, Tehsil- Parbatsar, PS Peelwa, district- Nagaur; who being convicted for offence under sec.306 IPC, is now undergoing sentence of 10 years' imprisonment.
