JUDGEMENT

(1.) As agreed by parties, arguments were heard finally.

(2.) This intra-court appeal is directed against the impugned order of Single Bench dated 20th July, 2011, whereby writ petition filed by petitioner/appellant, has been dismissed.

(3.) The petitioner was served with a charge-sheet and after completion of enquiry, he was awarded a punishment of with-holding of two grade increments with cumulative effect. The appeal filed by petitioner was dismissed. Thereafter, he filed a review petition, which was dismissed on the ground of limitation. Thereafter, petitioner preferred a writ petition, which has been dismissed. Hence, petitioner has preferred this intra-court appeal.
