JUDGEMENT

(1.) BY the impugned order dt. 01.02.2011 passed by the learned Dist. Judge, Sri Ganganagar in Civil Misc. Case No. 55/2009, the learned trial Court has rejected the application under Order 39 Rule 1 and 2 C.P.C. The plaintiffs are in appeal before this Court. By the interim order dt 01.02.2011, this Court has directed that the respondents shall not withdraw the amount lying deposited in MI Scheme with the respondent -Post office.

(2.) THE proceedings under Sec. 372 of the Indian Succession Act between the parties are still pending before the learned Dist. Judge, Sri Ganganagar.
