JUDGEMENT

(1.) THE petitioner has approached this Court by way of present writ petition for claiming retiral benefits in the form of pension, gratuity, and arrears with interest @18% per annum and also to reimburse his medical expenses for heart operation in the month of June, 2004 to the extent of Rs. 2,36,000/ - with interest at the rate of 18% per annum.
