JUDGEMENT

(1.) HEARD learned counsel for accused petitioner as well as learned Public Prosecutor and with their assistance perused the material made available at the time of arguments.

(2.) COUNSEL for the accused-petitioner submits that nature of allegation against the petitioner is that he was alleged to be along with co-accused Vijay Kumar, who was identified by Kajod, who happens to be brother-in-law(Jija) of the deceased. He further submits that no evidence has come on record to connect the present petitioner with the alleged offence and he is in incarceration since 18.06.2011 and other co-accused, namely Dhanraj Singh and Lal Singh, both, have been enlarged on bail by this Court vide order dated 19.03.2012 in Bail Application No.11321/2011.
