(1.) HEARD learned counsels for the parties.

(2.) THE present first appeal filed by the appellant � defendant under Section 96 of Code of Civil Procedure is directed against the judgment and decree of the court below of learned Additional District Judge No.1, Jodhpur dated 11.11.2011 in Civil Original Suit No.110/1999 � Shree Mewara Kshatriya Samaj vs. Chandra Prakash.

(3.) THE learned court below has fixed the standard rent @ Rs.2,5000/- per month from the date of filing of the suit i.e. on 16.10.1999 and @ Rs.4,000/- from the date of the passing of the decree i.e. 11.11.2011.
