JUDGEMENT

(1.) THIS petition has been filed with the following prayer:- THIS Hon'ble court may kindly be pleased to issue an appropriate writ, direction or order to direct to respondents to fix the time table for plying the vehicles as per the agreement dated 12-9-2008 and before fixing the time table joint meeting of transport authorities of both the States should be hold and hearing should be given to the petitioner as well as interested operators, and further not to revise the Time Table without holding joint meeting of the Hariyana Transport Department as per the agreement dated 12-9-2008 for the petitioner vehicle to operate the vehicle over the route Hanumangarh to Sirsa and other routes which are falling under the agreement dated 12-9-2008.
