JUDGEMENT

(1.) THIS appeal under Section 35-G of the Central Excise Act, 1944 is directed against the order dated 30.3.2007 passed by Customs Excise and Service Tax Appellate Tribunal, Principal Bench at New Delhi.

(2.) THIS Court admitted the appeal by the order dated 12.8.2008 and the substantial question of law was framed. The order dated 12.8.2008 is reproduced as under:
