(2.) PETITIONERS/appellants have preferred this intra-Court appeal challenging the impugned order of the learned Single Judge dated 22.07.2011, whereby writ petition filed by petitioners seeking compassionate appointment has been dismissed.

(3.) THERE is no merit in this appeal and the same is, accordingly, dismissed in limine.
