JUDGEMENT

(1.) THIS writ petition under Article 226 purporting to be under Article 227 of the Constitution of India has been filed by the petitioners, who are transferees, on 3.10.1991 against the respondents with the prayer that by an appropriate writ, order or direction, the impugned judgment dated 6.9.1991 (Annex. 4) passed by the Board of Revenue, Ajmer be quashed etc. etc.
