JUDGEMENT

(1.) All these three appeals are directed against the judgment and order dated 22.09.2001 passed by the Special Court (Forge Currency Cases), Jaipur City, Jaipur (Rajasthan), by which he has convicted and sentenced the accused appellants in the following manner.

(2.) All the sentences were ordered to run concurrently.

(3.) Since all the three appeals arise out of the same judgment and order, they are being disposed of by a common judgment.
