JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard. The petitioner will appear before the Court of Judicial Magistrate No. 10, Jaipur City, Jaipur in criminal case no. 555/89. On 24th May 1991 and on his so appearing, the Judicial Magistrate will enlarge him on bail subject to his furnishing personal bond of Rs. 4,000.00 with two sureties in the sum of Rs. 2,000.00each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate to appear before him on each and every date which may be fixed in the said criminal case against him.
