JUDGEMENT

(1.) IN the last bail -application disposed of by this Court on 10th July 1991 the trial court was directed to complete the trial within four months. The petitioner is in custody since 21st March 1991, for possessing 1.500 kg. of opium. Counsel for the petitioner has shown to this court the proceedings of the trial court dated 9th October 1991, which go to show that charge was framed against the peritioner on that date, and the case has been fixed for recording prosecution evidence for 14th November 1991. The trial is likely to take time. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I allow the bail -application, and order that petitioner Kalulal alias Kaluram, S/o. Mangilal be released on bail on his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs.10,000/ - with two sureties in the sum of Rs. 5,000/ - each, to the satisfaction of the trial court, for his appearance before the said court as and when called upon to do so during the pendency of the trial against his in this case. Application allowed.
