JUDGEMENT

(1.) A petition under Sec. 10 of the Indian Divorce Act, 1969 seeking dissolution of marriage with his wife Smt. Maye Singh, respondent, had been filed in the Court of learned District Judge, Ajmer, who vide his order dated 13. 5. 1989 passed a decree of divorce subject to the confirmation by this Court.
