JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard the learned counsel for the appellant and the learned Additional Government Advocate.

(2.) This appeal is directed against the order dated 21st July, 1983 passed by the learned single Judge whereby he dismissed the writ petition on the ground that the order dated 9th Nov., 1982 passed by the Board of Revenue did not suffer from any infirmity.

(3.) The facts giving rise to the present writ petition may be briefly summarised as below :
