JUDGEMENT

(1.) THE petitioner was produced before the court. THE accusation against her is that she was found in possession of 10 gms of charas. She is in jail since 26th March, 1991. She is a Swiss lady. Having regard to all the facts and circumstances of the case, it is ordered that the petitioner will subject to her furnishing personal bond in the sum of Rs.40,000/- (Rs. Forty thousand only) with the surety of an Embassy official of the Swiss Embassy in India in the like sum to the satisfaction of the trial court to appear before that court on each and every date in the case against her in pursuance of F.I.R. No. 2819/P.S. Pushkal u/s. 8/20 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, be released on bail. THE petitioner will not leave India till the conclusion of the trial against her. THE petitioner will also comply with the following conditions:
