JUDGEMENT

(1.) THIS is an appeal by accused Krishna Kumar against the judgment of the learned Special Judge, Kotah, dated 3rd of October, 1960, whereby he has been convicted under sec. 161 I. P. C. and sentenced to 9 months' R. I. and a fine of Rs. 200/- or 6 months' R. I. in default of its payment.

(2.) IT would be proper to first set out a few facts which are not in dispute.

(3.) THERE is no force in this appeal and it is hereby dismissed. .
