JUDGEMENT

(1.) THIS is a judgment-debtor's appeal in an execution matter and the only question for determination is : whether the application for execution presented by the respondents in the Court of District Judge, Bikaner, on 8. 7. 1957, is barred by limitation?

(2.) THE facts leading to the appeal may be briefly stated as follows: -

(3.) LASTLY, it was contended that the learned Judge ought to have held that the appellant is an agriculturist, and that the application was barred under sec. 41 of the Old Bikaner Civil Procedure Code.
