MANGI LAL Vs. STATE OF RAJASTHAN

JUDGEMENT

(1.) Defect, as pointed by the Registry, regarding pendency of earlier bail application and despite that filing of fresh bail application on behalf of the petitioner-Mangi Lal, which is listed before this Court at serial No.75.

(2.) Arguing Bail Application No. 8192/2021, learned counsel Shri Rakesh Arora stated that he may be permitted to withdraw the bail application qua the petitioner Mangi Lal named at serial no.7 for the reason that he has filed another bail application No.8191/2021 through another counsel, therefore, office objection is overruled.

(3.) In S.B. Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 8191/2021:- (Mangi Lal v. State of Rajasthan) The present bail application has been filed under'Section 439'Cr.P.C. on behalf of the petitioner, who is in judicial custody in connection with F.I.R. No. 07/2021, Police Station Excise, Aburoad, District Sirohi, registered for the offence under Sections 14/54, 54(A), 54(D) of the Rajasthan Excise Act.
