JUDGEMENT

(1.) The appellant has preferred this appeal aggrieved by order dated 16.01.2021 passed by Special Judge, SC/ST Cases (Prevention of Atrocities) Act cases, Kota in FIR No. 164/2019 registered at Police Station Gumanpura, District- Kota City, Rajasthan for the offence under Sections 341, 384, 195A IPC and Section 3(1)(r)(s) SC/ST Act whereby bail application under Section 439 CrPC filed by the appellant has been dismissed.

(2.) Learned counsel for the appellant submits that similarly situated co-accused have already been enlarged on bail. Challan has been filed and conclusion of trial will take considerable time.

(3.) Mr. RP Singh, senior learned counsel and AAG for the respondent, has opposed the appeal.
