NARESH Vs. STATE OF RAJASTHAN

JUDGEMENT

(1.) The petitioner has filed this bail application under'Section 439'Cr.P.C. in connection with FIR No.149/2020 registered at Police Station Bandikui, District Dausa for the offences under'Sections 323,'341,'308,'452'&'34'IPC.

(2.) Heard learned counsel for the accused-petitioner and learned Public Prosecutor appearing for the State as well as learned counsel for the complainant and carefully scanned the relevant material made available on record.

(3.) Learned counsel for the accused-petitioner submits that there are cross cases registered between the neighbours who entered into an open fight and the injuries caused cannot be said to be intentional.
