JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard learned counsel for both the parties.

(2.) Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the appellant is behind the bars since 17.09.2016. Hearing of appeal may take time.

(3.) Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case as well as the conviction and sentence awarded to the accused appellant, I deem it just and proper to suspend the sentence awarded to the appellant during the pendency of the appeal.
