JUDGEMENT

(1.) The present bail application has been filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. The petitioner has been arrested in connection with FIR No.193/2021 Registered at Police Station Ramnagariya, Jaipur City (East) for the offence(s) under Section 19/54 of Rajasthan Excise Act, 1950.

(2.) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is behind the bars since 07.06.2021. Offence against the petitioner is triable by Magistrate and conclusion of trial may take long time.

(3.) Learned Public Prosecutor has opposed the bail application.
