JUDGEMENT

(1.) The instant bail application has been filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. on behalf of the petitioner, who is in custody in relation to FIR No.613/2020, Police Station Anupugarh, District Sriganganagar for offences under Sections 457, 380 & 34 of the IPC.

(2.) Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Public Prosecutor and perused the material available on record.

(3.) The petitioner is in judicial custody for the above offences which are magistrate triable. Investigation is complete and charge-sheet has been filed against the petitioner. Trial is likely to consume time.
